Thank you for choosing our pump. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
2. Package the item securely, including all original materials, and attach the return authorization to the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Tax

Tax amount is not refundable unless otherwise we recieve necessary documents.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
